Bills are being urged to pursue an ex-Cowboys quarterback as a replacement for Josh Allen.
This offseason, the Buffalo Bills made significant changes to their quarterback room,
letting veteran Case Keenum leave in free agency and signing Kyle Allen as the new backup to starter Josh Allen.
However, Kyle Allen's difficulties in training camp and the preseason have spurred some team insiders
to suspect that the organization may make another change, bringing in more competition for the No. 2 spot.
As other NFL clubs trim their rosters, the Bills may have a new option – soon-to-be former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Will Grier.
Some pundits believe Grier would be a terrific fit for Buffalo's practice squad, where he could eventually contend for the No. 2 job once he has mastered the playbook
"Could the Bills go after Grier?" NFL Draft Diamonds tweeted about it.
"Did he have a good preseason, or will they stick with Kyle Allen and put Barkley on PS?"
