Dalvin Cook has signed a contract with the New York Jets worth £8.6 million.

Dalvin Cook, a former Minnesota Vikings standout, has agreed to terms with the New York Jets on a one-year contract worth up to $8.6 million. 

Following his release from the Vikings, Cook's hunt for a new team has come to an end, with rumors circling about his future location.

Cook's exit comes after a four-year Pro Bowl career with the Vikings, during which he gathered almost 6,000 yards and 47 touchdowns.

 Dalvin Cook, who indicated interest in joining the Jets during a July visit, adds to the running game that already includes Breece Hall.

 Michael Carter, who is now injured. Cook's resume includes both excellent performances and setbacks due to injuries.

The Jets are bolstering their offensive line after recently signing quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
